Life got ya down?
Or worse, stuck in a pit of existential despair with no tendrils in sight upon which you can latch for escape?
You’ve been there for a while. Rolling that big fucking boulder up that hill.
Only to have it fall. So you roll it up again.
Repeat ad nauseum.
What if there was a way out?
What if there was a way to systematically improve your situation every single day.
Well, there is.
It can be done by listening to your body and the signals it provides you.
At first, it was a way to get better and hit a PR at the gym, everyday.
And it works.
Six years later it’s still working for me.
It allowed me to achieve a triple bodyweight deadlift at 175lbs.
Biofeedback helped me learn bad ass calisthenic skills.
It helped me fix some injuries I and many others had.
The very reason I do what I do now can be traced back to this skill set. Right down to me getting fired from my corporate job (I wasn’t working with my body, you see).
I have since
- Grown my business
- Progressed in my romantic relationship to a point I had never reached before
- Made connections far beyond what I thought I was capable of
But enough of my narcissism.
Let’s talk about you.
Specifically, being the best damn you possible.
Be warned, some of you aren’t ready for this shit yet.
I have written about this quite often, but the full message isn’t there.
But I want to explain it to you.
It isn’t an over night process.
It’s not Super Mario Bros.
The levels aren’t linear and there are no warp zones.
It’s not “life hacking.”
There will be peaks and valleys.
But you can always progress in something.
You will not, however
- Be able to start your dream job tomorrow
- Quit your day job immediately
- Deadlift 600lbs overnight
- Be filthy rich in two weeks
Biofeedback coaching is not a magic pill. It’s a series of actionable steps that you will refine over time to lead a better life. In ALL aspects of your life.
You will get:
- A two hour lunch with me (or skype, FaceTime, Google Hangout if you aren’t in the greater Tampa Bay area).
- A detailed overview of how focusing on what you can do vs. what you have to do will get your futher.
- A simple guide on how you can start making progress today
- The tools to make your own spellbook worthy of the Hogwart’s Library
I’ll teach you how I applied these principles in the gym first, and then in the rest of my life.
Face it, if you work with your body and not against it, you will be better than you were yesterday.
We’ll also go over what your current limits are and how you can increase them. I’ll show you how staying within them will help expand those same limitations.
I don’t quote Jesus often, but in the Gospel of Thomas he said, “if you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you; if you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
Let’s bring forth what is within you.
There is no application other than this. Put your phone number and/or email in the notes. We will coordinate.
Time is valuable.
Yours and mine.
Testimony
Working with Peter has been an incredibly positive experience. Aside from my fitness progress he has helped me improve my confidence. I started out thinking I wouldn’t be able to do any of the workouts he had plan for me. Fast forward to being able to deadlift over my own body weight. The best part of it all is that all of this confidence has spilled into my daily life for school and work. I don’t falter as much when it comes to new challenges and it has helped me grow more into the person I want to be.—Tina
